Give your company a brain.
Your scattered SOPs become one living system: a wiki your team browses, a brain AI can operate, and software generated from verified facts.
Your company runs on memory nobody wrote down.
Every operator runs a real system. It just isn't written anywhere a system can use.
Knowledge in fragments
SOPs in PDFs, decisions in WhatsApp threads, approval limits in a veteran's head. It works until that person is on leave.
Software that doesn't fit
Off-the-shelf tools make you run their process. The real process lives outside the tool, and the tool slowly stops matching reality.
Documentation that rots
The handbook was true the day it was written. The company changed the week after. Nobody went back to fix it.
One system. Four layers. All yours.
A company brain is not documentation. It is your company's operating memory: evidence-backed, machine-readable, and compiled into the tools you run on.
The evidence store
Every original source preserved byte-for-byte in a portable database. Every fact reviewed and traced to where it came from, or honestly marked unknown.
The brain
Departments, roles, SOPs, KPIs, and policies, authored as one linked, versioned vault. Readable by your team. Executable by AI agents assigned to real roles.
The wiki & knowledge graph
Compiled deterministically from the brain: a searchable wiki of your whole company and an interactive map of how it connects. Your own Wikipedia.
Generated software
Dashboards, documents, APIs, or a full custom ERP. Built only from accepted facts and delivered with a manifest that proves where every number came from.
From interview to running system.
Six phases, each with a hard gate. Nothing moves forward on promises.
Intake
A 45-minute interview, plus your real SOPs: paper, PDF, WhatsApp export, whatever exists. The rawer the better.
We build the brain
Every department, role, SOP, KPI, and policy modeled and cross-linked. Automated gates reject broken links, template mush, and invented facts.
You walk your wiki
Review your company as a searchable wiki and interactive graph. Correct it live with us. Sign off when it earns the words: "this is us."
Software from facts
Bounded fact packets drive the build. Every table cites its source. Approval limits and quality gates become enforced rules, not paragraphs.
It evolves, forever
Feedback flows brain-first: the brain learns the change, the gates re-validate, the software follows. Better every week. That loop is the product.
We built the whole pipeline before selling it.
Our reference build models a 418-store franchise chain end to end: evidence, brain, wiki, graph, and a working ERP. We'll walk you through it live on your first call.
The reference company is a demonstration build, clearly labeled synthetic. The same rule that protects client facts applies to our own demos. Counts re-verified against the build on September 2, 2026.
You own everything. Ownership means files.
No proprietary database. No export fee. The brain is plain Markdown, the evidence is a portable SQLite file, the wiki is a single HTML page that opens anywhere.
If we disappeared tomorrow, your system would keep working, and any competent team could pick it up. We think that's the only honest way to sell an operating memory.

What we refuse
The rules we don't break.
We hold ourselves to the discipline we sell. These are the operating rules our own systems enforce.
No software without a validated brain.
If the brain hasn't passed its gates, nothing gets built on top of it. An ERP over a wrong model is just faster chaos.
No invented facts.
Unknown stays unknown, and blocks whatever needs it. Demo data is always visibly synthetic. It never becomes your prices, suppliers, or history.
No patching around reality.
When the company changes, the brain learns first, then the software follows. Never the other way around.
No training on your data.
Your material never trains a model and never leaves the engagement. Exit includes export, access removal, and agreed deletion.
Start here
The design-partner pilot.
One painful operating wedge, taken end to end: evidence to brain to wiki to one generated output. Priced and bounded in writing before we start.
Built for multi-location operators and companies of 50 to 150 people already paying for two or more ops tools.
Fair questions.
Who is this for?
Multi-location operators and companies of roughly 50 to 150 people who already pay for several operations tools and keep their real process in SOPs, spreadsheets, and heads. If you feel the gap between how you actually run and what your software thinks, this is for you.
Our SOPs are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. It's the starting condition we expect. Paper, PDFs, WhatsApp exports, photos of whiteboards, and interviews all count as evidence. The rawer the better: our job is turning that into a reviewed, linked system. What we do need is access to whatever exists, and one person who can answer questions.
Do we own the result?
Yes, in the most literal sense: you receive files. Markdown, SQLite, HTML, and source code, exportable at any time, with export and deletion terms written into the engagement. Nothing about your company is locked inside our systems.
How is this different from buying an ERP?
An off-the-shelf ERP makes you fit its process, and consultants bill you for the gap. Here the direction is reversed: your verified facts generate the software, every screen cites where its rules came from, and when your company changes the brain learns first and the software follows. You're not configuring a product. You're compiling your company.
What happens to our data?
It stays inside your engagement. It is never used to train models, never pooled with other clients, and never becomes anyone else's demo. At exit you get an authenticated export, access is revoked, and agreed retention or deletion is executed and evidenced.
Your company already has the knowledge. Give it a brain.
One email starts it. Bring your messiest SOP.
